The solution comprises of touch screen enabled self-service kiosks “Smart Lockers” managed and controlled by state of the art network. The kiosks have separate, secure compartments, with multiple size options to serve a wide range of deliveries. Through a sophisticated notification system, customers and partners are always kept up to date with the status of their parcels. Customers can interact with the Delivery Point network via a web portal which enables them to create or update accounts, track parcels, find Delivery point locations, and book compartments. The delivery automation solution is a concept that is designed to perfectly fit into the current service delivery ecosystem, increasing efficiency, complementing other services, and enhancing user’s experience.
